On our first visit, we ordered simple eggs, potatoes, coffee and toast. Simple yes, but everything tasted SO much better than we expected.
Tribute has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere (sofa lounge for groups), SUPERB cocktails by mixologists Matt and Chris (try The Ugh and/or Tonga Hut Tallboy) and tasty appetizers good enough to make a meal (e.g., fried calamari and bacon-wrapped dates.)
